WEAR PLATES AND MIXING SHOVELS: Manufactured from a combination of Chromium-Molybdenum-Nickel White cast Iron prominently known as “NIHARD”.These wear parts are further heat treated to achieve a fully Martensitic Matrix with extremely hard chromium –Molybdenum Carbides. The best wear resistant microstructure available in this grade.
MIXING ARMS: Manufactured from special hard cast Steel and heat treated to increase its hardness and microstructure to improve its wear resistance. SIDE WEAR PLATES: Manufactured from abrasion resistant steel plates, which are heat treated to enhance its Abrasion Resistant properties.

With this testing we chemically assure the composition of the castings supplied by us. Following standardized manufacturing procedures.
Using Metallic core box and patterns which give excellent surface finish and dimensional tolerance for the castings. Applying a standardized twin phase heat treatment process to achieve the microstructure and to obtain maximum hardness. Microscopic reports to analyze the microstructure of the parts. In addition, we take care in packing the products and transport it using special packaging materials, and use the best mode of transportation facility. Production Facilities.
